gjavah doesn't mangle the dots in the package names anymore, and writes the
output file into a subdirectory.
gjavah -classpath ../../build -jni org.gnu.readline.Readline
$ find
.
./Makefile
./org
./org/gnu
./org/gnu/readline
./org/gnu/readline/Readline.h
./getline.c
./org_gnu_readline_Readline.c
which should be ./org_gnu_readline_Readline.h
