Prem,

That bug says that it was first found in 4.1(3.0) and is fixed in
4.1(3).

Are there two 4.1(3) variants released?

Subject: CCA Upgrade Issue from 4.1.2.0 to 4.1.2.1 (No CCA icon in
system tray, only runs as process)

We upgraded CAM/CAS servers from 4.1.2.0 to 4.1.2.1 and found the
following issue on several Vista 32 bit machines:

After updating to the CCA version 4.1.2.1, the CCA tray icon doesn't
appear in Vista and so

won't logon to the network. What's odd is that the process is running,
but the tray icon

does not appear. After killing the process and re-starting CCA, it seems
to work fine.

A (temporary, at least) workaround is to remove CCA from the windows
startup folder and

ask the client to simply double-click on the Cisco Clean Access Agent
icon.

If we uninstall the CCA 4.1.2.1 and install 4.1.2.0 on the client
computers, everything

works fine. After re-install 4.1.2.1 again, everything returned back -
CCA 4.1.2.1 was not

loaded in the tray anymore, only as a process.

Anyone experienced this issue before? Thanks!
