Hi all -

 

I have a student who came in with a laptop receiving a "SSL Certificate
Invalid: 12169" error when she's trying to authenticate using the Clean
Access Client, originally v 4.1.1.0 and now v 4.1.3.0. Both issue the
same error. Not another soul on campus is receiving this error. I've
cleared the SSL slate, cleaned up her security settings, created a new
profile, etc., but nothing seems to solve this issue. Anyone have a
similar problem or have a clue how to get around this?
