We have a student who is getting the following error message on launching the CCA agent: "Run-Time-Error '438': Object does not support this property or method"
Student is running the norton internet security 2008 suite. We're running into a brick wall here trying to figure it out, we've disabled all features on the suite but still can't get the agent to successfully launch.
