There is a major problem with CCA check reporting. The reporting only shows check pass/fail. You do not know the logic of the rules or requirements layers that determine whether a client is compliant, or not. It would be nice when a user fails a scan to have a "details" button perhaps next to the "Go To Link" button that will show them the results of their scan report. We often have users fail the windows update scan but when they go to update their machine Microsoft show no updates available. For our more advanced users it would be nice to allow them to see the scan report so they can download and install the missing update manually. As it stands now the only option they have now is to contact our helpdesk and have them walk them through the fix.
