1. Do you have a mandatory configuration that students must adhere before being allowed on network? 2. During fall move-in how do you handle problem machines (ie... Central location for help, people in the halls) and how many staff perform this function during this time? 3. How long does it take for you to get majority compliance and if it takes longer than 2 weeks how do you handle negative responses from parents? 4.
