Here is the java problem

Cisco Clean Access Java Applet web client could NOT be launched. The
reasons for this might include:

* Java Plug-in is not installed in your browser.
* Java Applet is disabled in your browser's security settings.

And you might be able to fix this by

* Download and install Java Plug-in from here
<http://www.java.com/en/download/>
* Enable Java Applet in your browser's security settings.

If you cannot run the Cisco Clean Access Java Applet web client, please
download the Cisco Clean Access Agent. If you cannot install and run the
Agent, please contact the systems administrator.

Keep your boots and ChapStick and ice hotels.

Give me shorts and sandals and a thirty-blocker.

TAC case not opened yet

Reboot planned for 8PM tonight

Is anyone out there seeing problems with Vista and the active X control
in clean access - the client is working fine but our guest access button
has stop working. XP users have had to reload the active X control.

Vista users are getting this error but following these directions it
still does not work.

If you are using Internet Explorer on Windows Vista, IE 7 may be
restricting the use of the Cisco Clean Access Java Applet web client. To
avoid this restriction and log into your network:

1. If using IE, please add https://cca-svr-10.radford.edu to your
IE's Trusted sites. To do so, from the right-hand panel of IE, go Tools
-> Internet Options -> Security. Highlight "Trusted sites" and click
"Sites". Type the above website under "Add this website to the zone:".
Click Add, Close, OK.
2. Or, use a different browser than Internet Explorer, for example
Firefox.

If you are still receiving this error message, your login session has
probably expired. Please close this window and try to log in again.
