Hi Daniel. This is a bug. Cisco ID is CSCsm32684. When a double-quote is added to the Device-Management -> Clean Access -> General Setup -> Agent Login -> [user role] -> Require use of Clean Access Agent and the associated check box is checked, the message body is displaced twice in the browser.
Workaround: Remove the double-quotes or use a single quote. However the agent download page formatting is messed up. The content repeats itself. if you look in the html you see: (Page content trimmed) <form action="perfigo_dm_enforce.jsp" method="post"> <input type="hidden" name="userkey" value="141.165.240.100_R8O7H5C5IS5Q9Y5J" /> <input type="hidden" name="userip" value="141.165.240.100" /> <input type="hidden" name="ssip" value="141.165.119.139" /> <input type="hidden" name="securekey" value="5772eeee8e94b12bb877738531719a4f2bc0711e" /> <input type="hidden" name="vlanid" value="" /> <input type="hidden" name="clickmac" value="00:00:00:00:00:00" /> <input type="hidden" name="os" value="WINDOWS_XP" /> <input type="hidden" name="uri" value="http://smrtsrv3/" /> <input type="hidden" name="fwduri" value="http://smrtsrv3/" /> <input type="hidden" name="showinfo" value="50" /> <input type="hidden" name="provider" value="Faculty/Staff" /> <input type="hidden" name="role" value="4" /> <input type="hidden" name="origrole" value="4" /> <input type="hidden" name="dmenforced" value="1" /> <input type="hidden" name="taenforced" value="0" /> <input type="hidden" name="taccess" value="0" /> <input type="hidden" name="emsg" value="<head> <title>Cisco Clean Access Agent Download</title> </head> <body> (page content repeats) You can see in the emsg field of the download form the content of the page gets restarted. Is this a known issue? Should I just call TAC? Thanks, Daniel Wood
