Thanks, Lauren.  I will wait for the new 4.1.6 agent.  
As a work around, I gave LAN user permission to perform IP release renew on 
their own according to this MS article.  http://support.microsoft.com/kb/297938
UAC still pops up but IP release renew is now successful.

You may be hitting CSCsr11602.  The stub agent certificate has expired, 
and that may be what is causing your problem.  It's looking like it'll 
be fixed in 4.1.6, which should be out the end of this week.
