We recently upgraded to 4.1.6. As students on Vista are downloading the new
agent they are not able to just run it for internet explorer. If you do try to
do this it will start the install and then just disappear with no errors. They
have to save the file then run as administrator, because of User Account
Control. Has anyone dealt with this issue yet, or have any suggestion on what
we can do to minimize the number of students that will have to come to the Help
Desk at the begin of the semester.

Thanks,
