Sean,
The best way to get a feature into clean access is to get a formal feature request filed through your Cisco Account Rep. If you request it they can probably get you a meeting with one of the Product Team members.

Hi all -

I was just wondering if there was a good way to file suggestions for Clean
Access/NAC with Cisco and how receptive people have found them. I had the ear
of an engineer a couple of years ago and, to date, none of what I suggested has
been implemented (not that I really expect my word to be gold but I think there
were *some* good ideas!:). I ask because our helpdesk suggested adding a
timeout function to filters so you don't have to revisit them for short-term
exceptions and it occurred to me that this was not a bad idea... Just a thought
anyway.

Subject: Re: Further 4.1.6 agent issues w/ Vista

I just saw our first Vista user having exactly the same issue after we upgraded
to 4.1.6. We aren't using L2 strict mode either.

So this seems to be a critical issue. Hope our Cisco engineers on this list can
have a fix for this issue ASAP.

Thanks
Dennis
