Folks,

I hope you folks can help. I seem to have an issue with Windows updates and CAA:

Computer meets all Role-Requirements. When Clean Access Agent is first installed on the computer, it works until the computer gets Windows updates. It will then only allow the user to long in a limited access role--the only requirement is our antivirus and all machines are restricted to http and https traffic.

The computer was restored to 6/1/2008. Clean Access was reloaded and the computer allowed full access for the rest of the day. Windows Updates were run overnight and Cisco again would not allow access to the Kenyon network the next day.

The check failed is a copy of Cisco check pc_AutoUpdateCheck. We copied this to add Windows Vista (All). This check verifies that the wuauserv service is running.

CAM version 4.1.2
CAA Setup version 4.1.2.0
    Patch Version 4.1.6.0

Current Clean Access Agent Patch is a mandatory upgrade is checked.
Do not offer current Clean Access Agent Patch to users for upgrade is checked.

I'm out of ideas and I hope that maybe someone has seen this and can shed some light.

Thank you for any information that you have!
