Dan, You replied back to me when I posted about the stub agent a few weeks back. After reading your reply, I gave up dealing with the stub agent until the semester slows down so I cannot provide feedback. Seeing that you are still having problems, I can only assume I am going to continue running into problems. In a week or so I will begin testing again and let you know what I come up with. Hopefully you haven't removed yourself from this listserv because you returned your servers hahaa.

We are at the point where my boss has told me to return our Clean Access equipment and demand a refund because we cannot resolve an issue. I have a Windows executable that I use Clean Access to ensure is present on all Windows client machines and then run. The problem is I keep getting a stub agent failed to run the program error unless I am logged in with admin privileges. I have been going over and over the code signing and certificate issues with Cisco TAC. We are now at the point where they feel it SHOULD be working and are sending it at some point to the development team. Has anyone on the list ever had this issue and solved it? I am hoping we are overlooking something because this last issue comes at the end of a two year process of fighting bugs and architectural issues that have made this product a real albatross for us. I really want to get this solved so I don't have to start over with another product. Thanks for any help you can give.
