Don,

The client's problem is not SP2, but the check pc_KB923789_MS06-069_XP_SP2.

When I look up this check, that is a Macromedia Flash vulnerability. Remove
and update the Flash player to resolve this.

The SP2 checks are failing because SP3 is currently installed, not SP2. This is
how Clean Access determines which checks are appropriate for whish OS variant.
You can look at the rule to see the logic of how the client is checked.

Subject: [CLEANACCESS] windows xp sp2 failure?

Its been a while since I hit the list, so this is probably been asked/answered
a few times.

Have a user with Windows XP SP3 installed, but is failing on a SP2 service pack
check? Failed check below- any thoughts, ideas? My user is running 4.1 of the
agent.
