Hi Shane,
You'll need to follow the instructions in the link below to have the CAM
manage the CAS across a NAT. Just be aware that you can't do this if
you're running HA on the CAS's or CAM's.

It's a simple static NAT on an ASA with "permit ip any any" on the
outside for testing.
