We use an Allot NetEnforcer, but we're not very happy with it.

Subject: Traffic Shaping

I know this is a little off-topic, but is anyone willing to share what
technology their university is using to thwart P2P and/or shape internet
traffic?? We own a Packeteer Packetshaper 2500 that has been deemed
EOS/EOL and we are looking into alternatives.

Thanks
