I've been getting a lot of reports from Mac users that their agent will
randomly disconnect them from the server and force them to reconnect to
CCA. They maintain a connection the network but just get what is almost
like a timeout error from CCA. Has anyone else seen a similar behavior
on their machines? 

 

No problems with Windows machines.
