We are performing our upgrade from 4.1.3.1 to 4.5.0 today. So far no issues with the first of two managers and 19 servers. We will be adding SSL CA certs today as part of this upgrade. I'll have to let you know how that goes. Be sure to read through the release notes and perfrom snapshots before upgrading.
