We had a student purchase and install this AV and it's definitions seem to be unsupported by the agent. Has anyone inquired about when/if this will be supported soon? Also, has anyone published a list of AV products for their users to help guide their software purchases? We don't want to be in the habit of creating custom checks for every AV that comes in without support, but we also don't like telling users their newly purchased software isn't supported. So what do you tell your users and what AV products are you listing as supported?
