I'm not running Cisco wireless equipment but I've noticed a lot of these
type of client-side connection issues can be solved by updating or
reinstalling the wireless driver. If you have a PCMCIA wireless nic you
can put in the machine and test it to further isolate the problem.

Subject: client will not associate

I am using Cisco NAC for my wireless only. My internal network sues a
cert through GPO to gain access. I have a Dell Inspiron with an
internal wireless (intel pro 2200bg). It will connect but not
associate, and therefore not pull an ip.

I have a couple of these laptops and this is the only one that will not
connect.

Any suggestions?
