We had a user log in this morning, only to have the agent sit at the "Validating
requirements" screen indefinitely. The logs show the log in to the Temporary role, but no
move to Authenticated. The VLAN/IP address never changed. But no errors were ever
displayed either. So far as I can tell this is an isolated case, but it's a perplexing
one. I was wondering if anyone else had seen behavior like this before.
