We have used the web agent exclusively for about a year without any major problems. We dont do any type of remediation so I cant talk about that myself.

Hi all,
I’m considering using the web agent for users connecting via VPN. (We’ve
been using the 32bit client in the residence halls for about three years.)
Configuration and use seems pretty straight forward. So far testing has
been good. I understand that my remediation will need to come in the form
of links.
I’m just betting there’s some issue that will rear its head after I deploy
that didn’t show up in testing. J Can anyone validate or put to rest my
fears? Anyone out there that has already blazed the web agent trail that
would like to share their experience?
Thanks,
-Ryan
