Good Day, We are running CCA v 4.1.2.1 in band virtual gateway, L3 strict enabled. Mac client 4.1.2
During the summer we charge a network access fee for some users and wanted to take advantage of L3 strict mode to avoid people setting up wireless routers. For this reason we required the mac client for the first time. Initial tests went fine. We installed it on several machines and authenticated no problem. We put the client behind a nat device and access was blocked. A number of new arrivals connected Macs today and authentication failed with a message referring to Access blocked by Administrator. Looking through the archive I see this issue arose a couple of years ago. The resolution, if any, is not clear to me from these archives. I opened a case with TAC and they say it is bug CSCsh52808. Has anyone seen this and worked through it? I was planning to upgrade to 4.1.8.1 in a couple of days if that makes a difference. Thanks, Bill Doyle
