We have the same problem but haven't had time to contact Cisco.

Machines that updated yesterday have a "\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Updates\Windows XP\SP4\KB961371" folder in the registry while computers who update today have a "\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Updates\Windows XP\SP4\KB961371-v2" folder.
