We are having the same issue with PS3s not getting connected. Our servers
are running CCA 4.1.8. Xboxes and Wiis seem to connect without any issues.
Setting static IP addresses and 3rd party DNS servers haven’t worked either.
We do not have filter’s in place for systems to automatically bypass CCA.
Instead we have each student register with us so that we can create
individual filters. I’ll let you know if we figure anything out.

Subject: Playstation 3 Issues

We are having issues with several Playstation 3s. We have added filters to
NAC Manger (4.6.1), but user are reporting they are still having issues
connecting. NAC CAM logs do not show the device. We look at the DHCP logs
and they do not appear to be getting a DHCP address. Any advice on what or
where to look would be appreciated.
