I see it's penguins and lion seals time again in Ciscoland. This penguin
isn't going in the water until he tests the upgrade process and new
agent.

The last agent was so bad, I had to write a script and change the
unserinit registry entry to run my script instead of unserinit.exe on
Windows boxes. That was just to get roaming profiles and synchronization
to work.

The new agent I understand is a complete re-write to run as a windows
service. Also there is supposed to be a fix for the truncation of
downloaded files that has been an ongoing annoyance for us.
