Have you got anything relevant under Monitoring > Event Logs on the active
CAM?

Subject: [CLEANACCESS] Upgrade problems to 4.7.1



I followed the doc and upgraded my 3140 from 4.1.2.1 to 4.6.1 and had no
problems.  Everything worked like a charm. Then I proceeded to upgrade the 2
CAS I have first to 4.7.1 and then the CAM to 4.7.1.

 

Now I don't see the CASes under CCA Servers.  What could be the problem?

 

Right now doing the upgrade over break but dead in the water.  Any help
would be appreciated.  Thanks
