Hey, Depends if you want to allow this program access on the network. Skype's documentation claims that the extra traffic doesn't effect the network to badly. However there is a reg fix you can use to stope that extra p2p traffic. However, since its only a reg fix so far that does it only your windows based computers will be able to get through. Here is the reg fix for computers if you should wish to start using it.
