This seems to be happening primarily on Windows Vista/7 Home Premium, but we have also seen it at least once on Vista Ultimate and XP. Other students have reported no issues. After re-installing Clean Access Agent version 4.5.2 on these machines, everything works, so it seems to be isolated to this Agent version. Has anyone else noticed this? DOUGLAS R.
