We had the user take their machine while we worked with Cisco and they happened to upgrade their system to Windows 7 so we were not able to test the suggested fix sadly. Other than that one machine we have not seen anymore reported.

I had seen this issue with a Windows 7 machine as well at the start of
this semester using the 4.7.1 agent installer. After opening a TAC I
shortly received the response of:

"The error you are seeing is an Microsoft error, below Microsoft link
gives more insight into the this http://support.microsoft.com/kb/970652";

I have one Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit computer, belonging to a
student, that refuses to successfully install the latest 4.7.2.10
Agent. The installer proceeds normally until it gets to "Starting
Service", and then it aborts with the message attached. Has anyone
seen this before?
