Over the past few days in a new deployment I've seen the same error. It happened when the CAM did not receive the mac notification from the switch (i.e., SNMP traps were misconfigured on the switch). I can recreate this error by going to Switch Management -> Devices -> Discovered Devices and manually remove a host. If that user is then logged out and then tries to log back in, the error shows up in the Agent.
