I updated the NAC client to 4.7.2 and that seemed to fix it. Thanks for the 
input!

Hello,

Has anyone seen this before?

I have a user who is running Vista Home Premium but NAC sees it as  an XP 
machine and is enforcing the SP3 requirement we have in place for XP.
