I should also mention that most of the affected are running Windows Vista
64-bit.

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing something similar:

Many of our users are unable to authenticate thru CCA/NAC even after
installing newest available versions of our licensed AV (Symantec Endpoint
Protection 11), which should be supported. Many of them are also receiving
remediation errors that AV Definitions are out of date, even if they are
up-to-date. Clicking the repair button does not help.

I should probably also mention that CCA is configured to update every two
days, per Cisco's recommendation, but we've been having this problem for
about a week.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
