I was wondering if anyone else running on the new 3355 and 3395 hardware has been running into any hardware reliability issues? Since the our equipment arrived in Dec 2009 we have had 1 DOA 3395 and 3 amber light issues on 3 different 3355s. This equates to a 50% hardware failure rate.
I am really wondering if anyone else has seen this. Thank you, Richard Fraboni East Carolina University
