We have turned it on for OOB and IB, haven't seen any scans from it yet, but no problems yet either.

We've upgraded to 4.8 (still running old 3140 hardware, time to upgrade!) and I'm looking at turning this feature on but was curious if anyone else had done this or if there was anything else I had to do in conjunction with this.
