Opened a TAC case on this, but wanted to see if anyone else had run into this.
Regardless of the settings of the role, UDP port 8900-8903 are blocked and returned with an ICMP unreachable from the CAS. We had a student with a game that used 8900 that didn't work in his dorm. I confirmed the problem, and did some captures and with a packet generator confirmed 8900-8903 are all blocked. TAC is setting up to see if they can duplicate it.
