We are running in-band with 3140 hardware, one CAS and one CAM, and have 33= wildcard filters (I just counted) for all of our Game Console Mac Addresse= s...I was not aware of a limit of 32 at all...

I don't know how many "problem children" you have, but have you tried explicitly adding a couple with no wildcard to make sure they work at all with MAC address filters? Dan S.
