The method you have chosen is pretty much the extent of your options for using the NAC agent. You could just have the requirement text be the notice and then reference the Go To Link as the option for more details, but otherwise they should select Skip.

I do think it would be useful if there was just a basic messaging component to the agent configuration or even a similar option to web login for the page to display after a successful login. This would then allow for a page to show after a user logs in and then they can just browse away once the news is read.

My best attempt so far has been creating an Optional requirement that always fails with the "remediation" being a link to an information page. But that seems terribly clunky. Are there any better options? Maybe this is just a square peg/round hole situation. :)
