We have this problem with our laptop users , when they take their laptop off the network to go to a meeting when they plug back in they get the same error message.and can not get back on the network.
1. If the current user logs out and a different user logs in, the 2nd user is able to log in with no problem at all. 2. If the 2nd user logs out and the current user logs back in they are on the network, no error message. 3. If we reboot the laptop, and the current user goes to logon the error message comes back and the user is kept off the network. We think it is profile related, and are still working with TAC on it. We sent the logs to TAC and they suggested it might be a Kerberos problem, we ran Kerbtray and deleted all of the Kerboros Tickets for the user and he was able to log in with out the error message. This worked for two users and now it doesn't work. John J. Tumblin RHCE Systems Lead Network Engineer The TJX Companies, Inc. We had to uninstall to verify it. · The switches have ACLs that prevented UDP ports required by the Clean Access Agent to communicate with the server. · In rare instances, the MAC OSX 10.6 firewall. Standard troubleshooting applies: · Can you ping the CAS? · Can you get to the CAS via the web browser? (Redirected to an authentication or agent download page) Hope this helps.
