SNMP Flapping

We are setting up a CAM/CAS in a Real IP OOB setup for a proof of concept.  We 
noticed today that every time we add a pc to the CAM, snmp reconfigures the 
port between the AUTH and ACCESS vlans every few seconds.

Has anyone ever seen that before?
