Thanks Chad. As Chad has stated I've also just recently received similar info from TAC. I was not concerned so much with not being able to copy the upgrade files via the web interface since scp worked fine but when noticing the upgrade files were removed from the download site a red flag was thrown. Below is part of a thread from TAC: "In addition you should bear in mind that we have seen some issues during the upgrade on CAS devices in the 33x0 range (3310, 3350 etc) which causes the upgrade to fail and requires the CAS to be reimaged. CAMs are not affected but if your CAS falls into the category I would consider holding off on the upgrade for now, or at least make sure you have physical access to the machine in case of any issues. "
