That is what happened to me TAC had to put a software patch to fix this bug on my box it would randomly go out of sync with the manager. After they applied the software patch I have not had any problems. My server was a 3310 running oob-vg. I was the one who filed this bug.

The upgrade has been causing issues in customer network where the CLICK function crashes intermittently. Our development team is looking into this and a sev 1 bug has been filed for the same.
