That is what happened to me TAC had to put a software patch to fix this bug on 
my box it would randomly go out of sync with the manager.  After they applied 
the software patch I have not had any problems.  My server was a 3310 running 
oob-vg.  I was the one who filed this bug.

Here's what I have from TAC:

4.9.0 upgrade has been halted for now. The upgrade has been causing issues in 
customer network where the CLICK function crashes intermittently. Our 
development team is looking into this and a sev 1 bug has been filed for the 
same.

You will have to wait till the stable version come out. As of now I don't have 
an ETA on this.
