Hello,

I'm interested to know how other Cisco NAC environments are handling login
requirements for short term loaner equipment.

In our case, these are iPads that our Library is loaning out to students or
guests for demonstration/evaluation. The challenge is the user forgets about
logging out since the log out option is gone as soon as he/she browses to
another site. We have a long session timer to address the complaints of
iPhone/iPad/Android users. Our Windows laptops avoided this issue because the
agent logout is triggered by the Windows logout.

I'm leaning toward requiring those who are loaning out the equipment to take
responsibility for ensuring a logout between checkouts, but I wonder if someone
out there might have a more elegant solution. Just trying to mesh the ease of
use and a manageable implementation with our authentication/accountability
requirement.

Thanks in advance.
