So, anyone with NAC 4.9.2 running OOB with WLC 5508 and using SNMP NAC? I ran into a new issue after upgrading from 7.3 -> 7.4 on our WLC 5508 with all of my NAC agents getting the:
"OOB Client not found" and Event Log in CAM showing "Unable to process out-of-band login request" After working with Cisco TAC, there is a new "enhancement" in 7.4 that you have to checkmark a box to get the SNMP traps sent from WLC to CAM. Management->SNMP->Trap Controls->Client "Nac Alert" needs to be checked...pretty self-explanatory and I'm not sure but I don't think that was there in 7.3 and previous WLC code. Figured I'd pass this on in case anyone runs into this "enhancement." :) [seal_sign]<mailto:[email protected]>
