I took another look at this and I think I'm basically OK with the changes, but it's really hard for me to be confident without understanding them in the context of the original IPobs vs. Nevada diffs. For example, I see blocks of code have moved around in IP, but I can't offhand tell if that restores Nevada's placement of the code, or whether it's new (in which case I need to spend a significant amount of time studying its new placement to ensure it's safe). -- meem
