Helen Chao hit an issue with NFS/RDMA when vanity naming is used which exposed yet another hardcoded ibd reference in ibcm. I've fixed it, but I'm not thrilled with having another variant of the *_do_ip_ioctl() and *_do_lifconf() logic. However, as this is an existing problem and we're at final approach, and further that all of this code should be rewritten to use the new ksockets stuff, I'm going to leave that battle for another day.
