Hello Elleanor, in fact sprout receives quoted string as icid-value=" Njc3NWFjNzMzZjRiZGM0Y2QwNzgzYjRhNDQ2YzNjY2M.+AB175506938170414-282885978@10.193.153.20" . I can see this in tcpdump trace. It should be accepted and processed correctly. This is sprout bug.
