Abdulaziz Fahad, SSH, HTTP and SIP should be available once the image has finished booting – you shouldn’t need to manually enable them.
Have you checked that you’ve setup appropriate Firewall configuration to allow the relevant ports to be open? The configuration you’ll need is documented under http://clearwater.readthedocs.io/en/stable/Clearwater_IP_Port_Usage.html What infrastructure are you using to run the all in one node – Amazon EC2, OpenStack, Virtual Box or VMWare?
