Hi Jaber, I do not believe that Clearwater currently provides QoS. However PJSIP (which Clearwater uses) does https://trac.pjsip.org/repos/wiki/QoS, so it should in theory be possible for you to add it.
I suspect it may not be a trivial change though. Mark Perryman
