Hi, I am trying to register a user that I get the user name and password from ellis using jitsi and zoiper. The registration is not successful. I can see that there is an error that the sprout failed to get authentication vector. here is a peice of the log file (there is only error)

I don't use 6505550...@clearwater.amir.test.com and instead I use the IP address of clearwater.amir.test.com which is the same as bono IP address. Please kindly let me know if you know the reason.
